Returns within 90 days from shipment date can be for exchange or refund at our discretion. Any returns past the 90 day period will be refused and comply with our warranty policy.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please contact our customer service first for an issued RMA.
All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise returns will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer service before returns.
Shipping charges should be prepaid and non-refundable. We will decide whether the good can be refunded according to the actual condition. If the good can be refund, please use the most economical way and we will compensate your transportation fee.
Only shipping for incorrect items delivered to the customer, then shipping cost is at our expense.
TIPS: Products which are on the way cannot be returned.
